In the garden

In our backyard, we have a blossoming apple tree. And the bees are always busy around it. I was very careful not to get stung!

After buying new pettiskirts and fairy wings, I just had to try them out on Claire. So I took her to a little wooded area to play fairies. She thought it was fun.

fresh orange juice for the bugs

When I thought of "fresh" it reminded me of the time I went to a butterfly farm and saw the little creatures sucking juice from freshly cut orange halves. There was also watermelon. I hadn't thought that they would drink juice, but the farmer said it was sweet and they like it.

Claire and the Nativity

One of my favorite things about Claire is her sweet disposition. She is so innocent and loving and just kind. When I pulled out the Christmas Nativity, she just cradled the baby Jesus. I had to get a picture of her that way. It made for such a sweet holiday picture!
