Please note- Because of my December due date, I will not be taking any photography sessions in December, unless it's a make up session due to inclement weather.

"Mommy and Me" Mother's Day Photoshoot

As a photographer, one of the things I don't get a lot of are pictures with my kids. I am always behind the camera taking pictures of them. I'm not very comfortable taking pictures of myself; I worry if I look pretty enough, skinny enough, stylish enough. And the truth is, it doesn't matter. What I want my kids to remember are the fun times we had together and what we looked like right at that moment. I wish I had more pictures with my mom growing up. So last fall, I asked my Dad to take a picture of me with each of my kids so that someday they would have that picture of us to cherish, no matter how uncomfortable I felt in front of the camera.

So I've decided to reach out to all of those moms who are stuck behind their cameras and invite them to participate in JHP Photography's first annual "Mommy and Me!" photo shoot!

"Mommy and Me" photo session is $50 and incudes-

A 25 minute photo session on location

a disc of up to10 edited pictures

As a Mother's Day gift to you, I will also include-

1 8x10 designed collage of pictures from your shoot

Disc and collage will be delivered to you in time for Mother's Day!

Favorite shot of 2012

2012 was a big year for our family. We welcomed our third child, first baby boy, into our family in June. It had been a long delivery and I was very worn out, but I managed enough strength to grab my camera and take a few shots of the moment when my girls met their baby brother. This picture will always be one of my very favorite moments to remember.

Happy New Year!

In celebration of the New Year, I want to give away a mini photo session. This mini photo session includes a 25 minute photo session at a location of your choice and up to 8 edited images on a disc.

Fine print:

This session must be redeemed within the year 2013. The location chosen must be within 15 miles of the photographer( La Verne area), or a travel fee will be charged.

To enter the drawing for the giveaway, you have to do three things:

1. Be a fan on my facebook photography page, here .

2. Share my facebook link about the giveaway on your wall.

3. Write a comment on my facebook photo page letting me know that you have done both.

This drawing will end on Saturday, January 12th at 8 pm PST, at which time I will randomly select a winner.
